delivery delayed

Hi folks,

unfortunately my project will take a bit lot more time than I supposed and wanted..


First and most important thing of all, the plywood - I got it from my father which means the base was there, so I shaped and cut it according to my desired dimensions. I bought the alu-case angles and rivets in a local building and DIY shop called DEPO. I got the hook-over-hinges in a nearby electronic-PA-stuff shop.
I ordered the butterfly-locks, a leather handle, ball corners and rubber feet on eBay. The shop is located in Berlin, Germany so I thought it shouldn't take that long to deliver the parts. I ordered them at 12.05.2009. Last week I decided to figure out where the heck they are..?!!!

By the end of last week I got notified that they were delivered by a delivery-company and they could not find me at home...isn't it ridiculous?! Of course I cannot be at home on a wednesday at 10 am in the morning..I am at the office normally.

Because of this fact the parts were on their way back to Berlin! Dooooh!

Allright, the shop emailed me yesterday telling they have sent my package once more. Let's see...I hope this time my contact number will help the delivery guys and I'll get the needed parts soon so I can finally finish my project. :)
